The following delivery terms should be read thoroughly. Clicking the agreed terms and conditions box when ordering means you are in agreeance with the delivery terms outlined below:
SAME DAY DELIVERY WITHIN GLADSTONE (QLD)
Gifts delivered within the immediate Gladstone (Qld) area will be charged at a rate of $10 per gift, per destination. For larger orders going to the same destination, we will arrange to give you a quote on your delivery charges before processing your order.
Ginger Says can offer same day delivery in Gladstone (Qld) if ordered by 2.00pm that day. This may not be possible for large orders containing multiple hampers and different delivery locations. In this instance we will advise you accordingly beforeyour order is processed.
When a gift is delivered, it will require someone to sign for it at the receiving end. If the recipient is not there, your gift will be returned to our store and a notification of our attempt to deliver will be left at the delivery address. This notice will advise the recipient that there gift is at our store ready for collection. If you wish the gift to be left unattended at the premises, please advise in the special instructions box when placing your order.
Ginger Says is not responsible for making arrangements to ensure your recipient is home at time of delivery.
DELIVERY DAYS BY US WITHIN GLADSTONE (QLD) Monday - Friday 11amto 3pm. Saturday delivery can be arranged upon request. These delivery days exclude public holidays.
DELIVERY TO ALL OTHER AREAS
The delivery fee for all gifts outside the Gladstone (Qld)area will be charged at rate of $10.00 for the Queensland Coast and $15 for NSW coast, $20 for Victoria and South Australia. At this point in time we are unable to deliver to Tasmania. We can provide a quote with Australia Post - registered post for Western Australia and Northern Territory. Some locations in remote areas are also inaccessible by courier and we will notify you if an alternative delivery method is required and supply a quote accordingly.
Depending on the location, gifts will be sent either by Australia Post or Courier. Ginger Says will consider the most time effective and economical way to send your gift and reserves the right to choose the most suitable option.
Please ensure all delivery address details are up to date and correct. Incorrectly addressed items which require re-direction may incur a further fee if charged by the courier. Any gift which is unable to reach it's destination and is returned to Ginger Says for any reason may also incur further delivery and handling fees.
When a gift is delivered by the courier, it will require someone to sign for it at the receiving end. If the premises is vacant, the courier will leave a calling card directing the recipient on how there gift can be retrieved.
If the delivery address is a PO Box, the gift will be sent via Australia Post.
DELIVERY DAYS VIA COURIER AND AUSTRALIA POST
Austalia Post and the courier service will only delivery within regular business working days. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES
Specific dates that you would like the gift to be delivered can mostly be accommodated, but will depend on the location. Whenever possible, we will do everything in our power to deliver your gift on the day you request however sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. We rely on our couriers to provide delivery within the time specified by them,however, in some circumstances delays may occur. Failure to deliver on a preferred delivery date is not a valid reason for refund or cancellation of an order and we will not be held responsible.
Ginger Says advises that although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for arrange of reasons that are totally out of our control. We cannot 100% guarantee any delivery according to the quoted delivery schedule, and cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather and traffic conditions, theft or damage, or delays by our Courier Service or Australia Post.We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and failure to deliver on time is not a valid reason for refund or for cancellation of an order. Should you be concerned that your gift has not arrived at the scheduled delivery time, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to track your gift and contact you immediately with updated information on it's progress.
